The 1982 Supreme Court case Plyler v. Doe ruled that undocumented children have the right to public education, and it was believed that immigration arrests that took place in the school environment were unconstitutional. This is clearly not a belief of the Trump administration any longer, as Trump鈥檚 threats to commit a mass deportation 鈥 specifically against Latinx populations 鈥 become an increasingly likely reality.
